The Lachesis Package is named after the second of the three sisters who measures the thread spun on Clotho's spindle, and determines destiny in ancient Greek mythology. Our goal with the Lachesis Package is for you to be the owner of you and your legacy's destiny by ensuring private distribution of your assets for generations to come via a revocable trust. Trusts keep assets out of probate and provide control over inheritance left to minors or those with disabilities. The Warranty Deed allows you to place your property into your trust, thus bypassing probate.
